PENTA Automatic consists of a fluxer module, main automation and a cooling line. The only user of the machine is loading and unloading service. PENTA Automatic takes up slightly more space than ordinary manual Hot Air Leveling systems. The machine's availability remains at 95%, which means that one hour of maintenance per day is enough. The demand for spare parts during the year is only a few hundred euros. Low spare parts costs, low susceptibility to interference, short service time and space saving mean extremely low operating costs. Additional advantages of PENTA Automatic include low consumption of flux and no consumption of operating fluids. The installed horizontal flux milling module consumes only 50 g / m² of flux. This means 1/3 of flux consumption compared to a conventional Hot Air Leveling system

The body of the PENTA HFL 650 is entirely made of stainless steel and the flux container is made of plastic (synthetic material). The fluxer is equipped with a line speed regulator with a speed of up to 5 m / min. The pump is made of titanium and Teflon. The rollers are made of special synthetics that are chemically inert. A special roller at the beginning of the line ensures the correct alignment of printed circuit boards of various sizes. Thanks to the non-contact laser sensor, there are no conflicts on the part of flux. The level of flux is constantly monitored and optionally refueled automatically. The whole process is controlled by a control unit - this guarantees high flexibility as well as process security.

The smaller brother of PENTA HFL 650 - i.e. PENTA Fluxboy - was designed especially for customers for whom space saving is a priority. It is installed manually - it can work as an independent unit or be integrated with the production line. The PENTA Fluxboy body is made of PVC. The rollers are made of a special synthetic material that is chemically inert; are powered by a motor with adjustable speed up to 5 m / min. The pump consists of titanium and Teflon. The level of flux is controlled by the min / max control.

The PENTA Cooler cooling line is made of stainless steel and is equipped with an exhaust connection with a diameter of 100 mm. After the tinning process, 16 fans cool the printed circuit boards on both sides to a temperature below 100 ° C. The mesh tape is made of resistant stainless steel with special tabs that prevent imprints on printed circuits. The PENTA Cooler is maintenance-free and also mobile thanks to its bolted wheels.

PENTA Wash is made of stainless steel and is equipped with a ceiling lamp. The intermediate layer retains small tin particles and the rest of the overflow dirt. It also has a rotating frame that holds the air knives. These, on the other hand, are firmly driven and can be cleaned from both sides. The user can clean all soiled components such as covers, screws, tinning pumps and tools in PENTA Wash.

The PENTA Aircleaner body is made of stainless steel. There is a window at the front of the device that allows you to control its functioning. It is connected via flanges between the Hot Air Leveling machine and the exhaust fan. The five labyrinth chambers inside the PENTA Aircleaner are filled with a carrier material made of PP. A swirl and spray system for rinsing the carrier material has been integrated. Sprinkling takes place via a guide connection at the top, the water circuit is connected from below. For rinsing, it is recommended to use neutralized water or a special stopping system. The pump capacity depends on the height of the conveyor. The heated exhaust air of a Hot Air Leveling machine is condensed inside the PENTA Aircleaner on a carrier material. 90% of flux and impurities that are not in a gaseous state are cleaned. Material particles and odors are not cleaned.

Flux for vertical hot air tinning. Palux 40 S was developed in accordance with the requirements of lead-free tinning. Higher process temperatures compared to tin lead solders and the change in the behavior of the liquid during wetting and oxidation were taken into account. Therefore, they are suitable for all common lead and lead-free solders.
